Programs & Classes
The Y is focused on healthy living, and one big component of that is fitness and wellness. There are lots of reasons why people choose to be active and exercise, and the Y is ready to help you reach your goal, whatever it may be!
If you’re a new member, new exerciser, or just someone looking to get back into a routine, Copley-Price Family YMCA offers several programs free to members to kick off a healthy lifestyle. Schedule a free orientation and meet with a wellness coach to learn about the programs, classes or equipment that best fit you and your goals. You will learn how to use our equipment and get set up for success in the Wellness Center. Orientations are mandatory for children ages 7-17 and their families. See below for details on setting up an appointment so you can be on your way!
Group ExerciseWe offer nearly 100 group exercise classes each week to meet the needs of seniors, adults, youth and families. Classes include a wide variety of cardio, strength and mind/body options. In addition to the classes offered in our four studios, we offer aquatic classes in our pools.

OrientationsSchedule a free orientation and meet with a wellness coach to learn about the programs, classes or equipment that best fit you and your goals. You will learn how to use our equipment and get set up for success in the Wellness Center.
Orientations are mandatory for children ages 7-17 and their families. During these family orientations you will meet with a wellness coach to familiarize yourselves with the Wellness Center etiquette and learn how to use the equipment. Parents of children ages 7-12 must be actively engaged with their child for them to be able to use the Wellness Center.

KickStart Included with your membership, KickStart is a FREE fitness orientation program that provides you with an easy-to-follow plan and cutting-edge fitness equipment. You will not be alone in this process! In three meetings over 30 days, our Wellness Coaches will help you set attainable goals and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success.

Each month, all members ages 12 and over are invited to join our Frequent Exerciser Program. It's easy, fun and you may win a free raffle prize! Pick up a Frequent Exerciser Card from the Welcome Center and have 12 boxes signed off to be entered in a fun drawing.

At the Y, we have a team of highly-qualified personal trainers available to optimize your time, energy and exercise routine. These trainers have a variety of specialties and can provide you with a personalized, functional and effective workout. We offer one-on-one, training for two, and small-group personal training packages.
