Putting the GREEN in Responsibility
Taking personal responsibility for our choices and actions is the key to good environmental stewardship. But where do you start?!?!Pick one thing to change...and then another... and another...
Packaging - decisions we make every day
Packaging is changing, and not in a good way for the environment. When you make shopping decisions, consider packaging too. Where does the container end up?
|Cereal||wax paper & cardboard||plastic bag|
|Candy bar||foil & paper||plastic|
|Juice||glass bottle or tin can||plastic pouch|

We share our incredible coastal and mountain camps with over 30,000 people each year. Camps began in the last 1800's as a way to connect kids with nature. That has not changed, but the natural world has.We recognize that outdoor experiences are important for children, now more than ever! We see it as our responsibility, and opportunity, to build and share sustainable practices in our camps so that kids and families can continue to enjoy our programs for many years to come!
