Lap Swim

This is a great way to exercise your cardiovascular system and increase muscle strength. See the pool schedule for hours and the number of open lanes. Please see pool schedule for times.

Recreation Swim

Come one, come all. Enjoy time with family and friends around the pool during our Family Swim sessions. Check the pool schedule for days and times. Please see pool schedule for times and days.

Water Exercise

Aqua Kickboxing:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:45am - 8:45am

This class blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. Aqua kickboxing is ideal for those looking to spice up their everyday fitness routines. Join us for heart-pumping, muscle building exercises that will leave you breathless!

Stretch and Movement:
Tuesdays 9:00am - 9:45am

A slow moving, low impact class that utilizes fluid movements to improve balance. Great class for prenatal or those with limitations or rehabilitation.

Aqua Tone:
Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am-9:00am
Experience a dynamic 360° liquid gym using water resistance to tone and strengthen the entire body. Aqua Tone includes (HIT) High Intensity Training intervals to boost metabolism and burn calories. Warm up, workout and stretch to fun energetic music that will leave you feeling great!

Deep Water Exercise:
Monday 6:15pm-7:00pm
A class in deep water which utilizes flotation belts. Exercises are non-weight bearing and help improve range of motion and flexibility. Swim skills are not necessary but participants must be comfortable in the deep water. Class will aerobically strengthen and tone all muscle groups.

Adult Swim Club (Masters Swim)

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30am - 7:30am
Saturdays 8:30am - 9:30am
